All claims are handled directly by our claims department. No involvement on your part. Incident reports are filed at the time the damage occurs and pictures will be taken. An account manager will be immediately dispatched to the location of the incident to assist in any questions or concerns of the guest.
To prevent the lost of a client to your establishment, a written response from our customer service department will also be made within 10 days to extend ourselves to the highest level of service.

Each valet site is pre-visited and is carefully planned out to every detail possible to provide a safe and efficient method for all vehicles to be moved to and from the main entrance/work area. If needed, properly uniformed traffic directors may be brought in place to insure traffic flow.
